Official Rules for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Donation Contest 2023
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Sponsor: The Big Brothers Big Sisters Donation Contest 2023 (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Hustle, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), located at 548 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94104.
Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your participation in the Contest.
Contest Period: The Contest begins on June 26, 2023, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on July 8, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Contest Period”). Entries received before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.
How to Enter: To enter the Contest, visit the Contest website at www.go.hustle.com/bbbs2023 during the Contest Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Random Drawing: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative on or about July 14, 2023. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize: The winner of the random drawing will receive a prize of $1000 (the “Prize”), which will be donated by the Sponsor to the local Big Brother Big Sister Agency of the winner’s choice. The winner will have the opportunity to select the agency to receive the donation. The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email on or before July 14, 2023. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the date of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity: By accepting the Prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent participation in the Contest; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (c) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (d) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (e) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize; or (f) any other errors or malfunctions related to the Contest, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
Governing Law: The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located within the state of California.
Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winners’ list or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 548 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94104. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days after the end of the Contest Period.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Big Brothers Big Sisters. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to the Sponsor, not Big Brothers Big Sisters.
